Hands down some of the best pizza we've ever had! We loved the quality, fresh ingredients and exceptional crust. Be sure to try both the balsamic vinegar and Italian oil crust dips - all pizza restaurants should offer those options! Excellent COVID-19 compliance as well - very clean interior, every employee wearing a mask, and outdoor seating was available. You won't be disappointed!

I had the Carne with peppers, red onions, mushrooms, and red pepper flakes. The crust was evenly spotted like the penultimate Neapolitan pizza with amazing wood fire taste. The pizza was cooked to perfection and it was delicious. Will be going back for sure. One of the best pizzas I've had in recent memory.

I’ve experienced bad customer service, but this was a first: NO service at all! The online menu and ingredients are written largely in Italian and when I called with a question (picture and topping list on a pizza didn’t match), there was no answer - just a recording telling me order online. They have one way to order, one size of pizza, and no delivery OR eat-in despite there being no mandate banning it. They even CHARGE extra for red pepper flakes, I’ve never seen that before, and I eat out a constantly, all over the country, as I travel for work. Maybe there’s something special about their red pepper flakes, but their menu doesn’t indicate anything and, again, you can’t call and ask! On top of that it was an hour and fifteen minute wait just to pick it up myself, and the website tried to automatically add a tip! For what?! I like pizza and I like supporting local businesses. This place does make good pizza (only reason for second star) but their business model is 0% focused on customer experience and a small town like East Troy is no place for this level of snobbery and arrogance. If you have any questions, like to order by phone, want to eat in, want it delivered, want a larger size pizza, don’t read Italian, like to pay with cash, or aren’t computer savvy, then keep looking because you are NOT welcome at SAUCED.

I'm pretty hard when I review a resturant and will be negative if it warrants. I must be honest, i was blown away by the pizzas I ordered. The fresh ingredients and lets be real, fresh ideas, make this place deserves 5 stars. Now, the reason I gave them 4 stars, is with the exception of the person making the pizzas, their is no personality or costumer service to speak of. As my fiancee said to me, maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe, but costumer service is needed.
