DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS HERE! I have read some of the other reviews and my daughter had the same experience. We bought her dress back in January and left it at the shop. My daughter went in 1 month ago to try it on and it still was her dream dress and fit perfectly. Well two days ago she went in for her fitting and it doesn’t fit...this was not the same dress we had originally bought. The beading was different. The whole experience of the fitting was horrible. They made her feel like she was to big. They said she was an 18 when she first went in and now is a size 24. She did not gain any weight and not that much weight in one month. She did take another dress as her wedding is only 2 months away. The first time she went into the shop she had a great experience and loved her dress. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DRESS for any circumstances after you purchase it might not end up being the one you bought. We are not the only review and customer this has happened to, keep reading other people’s reviews about this shop. I hope this doesn’t happen to another bride. This should be an amazing experience and time in your life not something that turns into a nightmare.
My response is completely accurate. I have the receipt and pictures of the one we bought. The one we bought was buttoned all the way down the back the one you gave her for her fitting was a zippered back. She also got a call from your shop wanting to sell her already paid wedding dress which she declined, but obviously maybe that is what happened. The beading on the waist was completely different. Also the dress she picked up Saturday somehow conveniently had the size of the dress cut out but you left the other tags...she did not go up in sizes..
I have had the best experience at this shop! They were so great to work with when finding my dress and got me out of my comfort zone and found me a dress that I never would have chosen myself but fell in love with when I put it on. They made one of my final memories with my grandma something that I will always remember. I bought my dress back in November 2019 and got it fitted in February for plans of an April wedding. Due to the current covid-19 pandemic, i had to push my wedding until August. I tried my dress on recently before my bridals and one of the buttons came loose. I called the shop in a panic and they scheduled a time for me to come in and repaired the button in less than 30 minutes and even steamed my dress to touch it up before bridals. I chose this shop because my mom had a great experience when choosing her wedding dress. I hope to bring my own kids back here one day and continue the tradition. We love it here!

I feel the need to let brides know that this is not the place to find a wedding dress. I had a horrible experience. It's partially my fault because I did not look up the reviews before coming here. The one star reviews before mine are very accurate and the responses from the owner are even more appalling.
I flew in from out of state to rent a beautiful modest dress.
I called weeks before to schedule an appointment at 3:15 pm on a Saturday. When I made the appointment they said that was fine and that I would have plenty of time to find a dress before they closed.
I arrived a little after my scheduled appointment. They informed me that they had me down at 2:15. They were very rude. I told them, I would have not scheduled a 2:15 appointment because that is when my plane landed and it would take me an hour to get there.
We were about to walk out very disappointed and the sales person said I could do a quick try on of a few dresses. I started looking through their selection and to my surprise they only had a few dresses in my size- which was another thing I was assured of. That they had a, “large selection" in my size; however, I found three that I could’ve been interested in.
As I tried on the the first dress I was told to wear a pair of really old raggedy blue gloves- so I wouldn’t get smudges on the dress. I then went to look in the mirror, the owner of the shop comes over and asked me if I has a hard time finding this place. I told her no, we missed the entrance but it wasn’t too hard to find- to which the owner replied, “Is this why you were an hour late to your appointment?" Then stating again that they would be closing soon. Keep in mind I have only been in this shop for about 10 minutes! The owner then goes to the back and started shutting off the lights. I only tried on one dress at this time. She then continued to be very rude and started talk to her employees about me...
This is supposed to be a great experience with people who are sweet and kind and willing to help you find your special dress for your big day.
I almost left in tears from being so disappointed that I flew all the way out here to try on dresses and they were not accommodating at all for their mistake.
The ladies present when we went to final fit and pick up my daughter in laws dress seemed kind to us but not to each other, there was a shortness and annoyance between them that even I could see. My daughter in laws dress she fitted just the month before no longer fit but a month ago fit like a glove? How does that happen? We tried other dresses and were able to find one she liked that did not need any alterations which seemed like a bonus because for some reason her original dress was going to require a gross amount of work to the tune of another $400+ dollars. Don’t worry folks they did not loose any money because in the end she found a more expensive dress, added a sash, opted out of a bra but still owed an extra $400. The brides mother completely confused as to why the dream dress no longer fit and feeling the brides frustration and confusion called to enquirer about the exchange...you see the mother of the bride was not able to attend....here’s where my reason for the review comes to the table....the woman on the phone to deflect their responsibility for either selling the original dress or switching it, she decided to tell the brides mother that I was basically a bi**h during the fitting telling the bride the dresses were ugly, didn’t look good and that I was rude!! Get out of here! Did I critique the dress because all of a sudden her breasts that were built into this dress but were not in the original dress were sitting like strange lumps and out of place? Your dang right I did! And if I didn’t her sister would have called them out on the gross difference from the original a month ago. I’m curious as to why you would remove the tags from a customers purchase unless you have something to hide? Good for you you hand wrote some BS on a receipt and we are supposed believe you when you have done nothing but shady business? You may want to consider the repercussions of trying to defame someone’s character to cover your own self! Let’s touch on publishing these ladies sizes? What is wrong with you? You want to tell my daughter in law she gained 6!! Sizes!! In 30!! Days!! You are out of your mind! This is a crazy time in this world and the kids getting married now a days will find alternative ways in which to marry and your business may not survive anyways, you would think sensible business people right now that are desperate for $$ would not operate in such a deceiving manner, I hope my review has you loosing as many customers as you claim the sizes she gained !!
