I always hate to write a bad review and do it rarely. However, this is by far the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to and I am so sick of it. The other day I went through the drive up window and there was 2 cars ahead of me. I waited for 30 minutes before I got up to the window. Then I sat for an additional 20 minutes with no one saying anything to me. And I know they saw me sitting there. I ended up leaving without my prescription because my kids were getting impatient. I understand when things get backed up and are busy. But why not be courteous and at least come to the window and acknowledge I’m there. I don’t care if you can’t help me right away but at the very least acknowledge me. Something needs to be done about this location. I come here on a regular basis to fill prescriptions and have decided to switch to a different pharmacy for this reason alone.

I went on to their site to make sure they had an item and it showed it was 25.99. I drove all the way to North Ogden to pick up the item to find out that it was 45.00. The online item on their website didn’t show that it was only priced for online purchase. It even showed that it was in stock. The cashier said that they don’t price match. Even for their own website. Well I say that’s false advertising. I left without purchasing my item and won’t be back. Honestly I’d understand if it said that it was an online only price, but I double checked and it didn’t.

Horrible drive-thru pharmacy. I’ve never waited less than 10 minutes. It is usually more like 30 to 40 minutes. I’ve tried going inside to see if it was faster but that was no help either. I use this pharmacy for the convenience at the drive up window but I have begin transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I can’t even begin to describe the incompetence of Walgreens business model. Simply horrendous.

I specifically purchased an item marked "buy one get 2nd half price." At the register i was asked "would you like to enter your phone number?" Having no understanding why and no explanation, I declined. I asked if the discount had been applied. "No, that's why I asked if you wanted to enter your number. Do you want me to return everything just so you get the discount on that one item?" This was stated in a very rude, ignorantly and condescending manner. I had only purchased 4 items. I replied "it is not worth it if that's how you treat me." She then scoffed at me, turned and walked away. I returned to the store deciding to return the 2 items and repurchase them inorder to receive the discount, knowing now what was not explained earlier. A different employee helped me. I explained what I wanted to do hoping this time I was treated with respect. I was not surprised when this employee said "I heard her explain the discount program." But I'll go ahead and do it for you. Where does this attitude come from? Who promotes this lack of customer respect and total disregard of Customer Service? Especially in the social media retail world. Will be the very last time I shop at Walgreens. Not just this Walgreens, any Walgreens.
