What Walgreens say they don’t have time for you?! I am in disbelief right now. The pharmacist literally told me he didn’t have time to call my doctor and figure out the problem that is going on on why they can’t see faxes. My doctor says they sent the fax and Walgreens say they can’t see it... and this has been going on for a week and half. Luckily it’s not heart medications else I would be dead.nnI used to work at this place and they have really gone down hill. They don’t even want to put in the effort anymore and they were rude. I know there is a pandemic going on sir but you still cannot cuss a customer out and say we don’t have time for this. Like I a customer don’t matter????! FYI I didn’t have an attitude and for you to behave in that way - sorry excuse for a pharmacist.

Went down hill. Took the initiative to call in my prescription before I ran out but I guess I am the only one that cares. Its going on 3 weeks since they were supposed to have my prescription ready and in those 3 weeks, Walgreens felt it was appropriate to just keep faxing my doctor and nothing else. My doctor was faxing them back but they seemed to never get their fax. Pharmacist yelled at me and said he didn’t have time to call and find out what was going on and apparently he was getting tired of me for being on top of trying to get my medication ... well sir I hate to tell you but I am a customer too and it’s nice to know that I was not a priority for you. 3 weeks is obscured for someone to wait for their medication and for you to not do anything about it and yelling at a patient who is only the messenger and doing why the doctor is telling me to do. I know we are all going through this pandemic and we are all effected in one way or another but that is no way to treat a customer not patient at that ... I have to live with the side effects not you. At the end of the day, you just go home from a stressful day... I on the other hand have to live with the side effects and being without my medication. Funny you said you didn’t have time (which I am pretty sure is unethical) the other pharmacist I went to who had a lot of calls as well had time to not only talked to my doctor but called my insurance as well.

95% of the employees are amazing, so friendly and remember you! Theres one older lady, who doesn't even say hi or anything while checking you out. That's fine. every one else is great.

Organized...clean....friendly...a nice variety..

The pharmacist here likes to laugh at patients when they ask questions about a health condition. Very unprofessional,rude and have no customer service skills!!!
