Customer service here was horrible. All the wedding decorations and stuff looked like they bought them from the dollar store next to them.
I do not recommend here at all.
I got my dresses here for first comunion, and for being a dama (Lady) to a Quincenera , which pretty dresses, and the staff are great there. Their nice and kind and respectfully, and funny once you get to know them more!
This place is horrible and not professional at all!I ordered my wedding dress from here and instead of my dress being here a month before my wedding turns out it would be 2 weeks before my wedding!! They are the worst people ever!I went to get my deposit back and all they could say was sorry! And wouldn't even look at me and my sister! They for sure will not be getting my business anymore!
Went to by a baptism dress and the lady was so rude. I asked her questions and she couldn't be bothered. I asked if he didn't fit could we return it and she said no. I asked why and she was just rude about it. She said sorry and walked away and sat back behind some wall. Do not go here, worst customer service ever!!!
