Advance Auto Parts

I've been getting parts here for some time and have always appreciated their service and friendly attitudes. Christina is the best, Fernando does great too. All of them are excellent but those two are the only names I remember...

Made an online order at 10am and was supposed to be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. I went to pick up my order at 1:30 am, order was not ready and took another 15-20 minutes to put my items together. I never received confirmation that order was ready, another customer was irate because she had placed an order the night before and same thing, no confirmation and order not ready. They said they were busy but only one cashier working, then when the lady customer was complaining, 4 other employees came up front from the back!

Stopped by to buy a product that was supposed to be in stock, but nope! So made a trip there for nothing. Also, customer service was lacking! Waited for more than 10 mins. before someone asked what i needed, even though there were several employees walking around. Didn't even get a, "hi, we're kind of busy but, we'll get to you as soon as possible!" Felt like i was invisible. So guess this will be my 1st, and last visit!

The service was awesome. Fernando was very nice and helpful!
