very slow to load .. 6 hours waiting and I'm not ready yet
Nightstaff is very Courteous. Lots of room to maneuver and they have overnight parking. There is a restaurant called West Wind Diner not far with a big lot for truck parking also.
Young lady at receiving / shipping office is very unprofessional. Drivers are human too acknowledge that we are standing at the window. Arrived here at 7am got door at 1pm. Not many truck in yard but very slow. Who is managing this place. wow Luck you are not doing you job.
I showed up when their system was down, talked to 5 different staff members and ALL were very friendly. Thinking, AS USUAL, the bad reviews are from individuals with no people skills and can't conversate without giving off an attitude, to that I'd give an attitude right back and make you wait. If you think the world revolves around your truck only, you'll always have a bad experience no matter where you go. Just my opinion on bad reviews whenever I have no problems at those receivers/shippers.
