As an employee of Hoagies, I can say a few things: the store is both bad and good. The other employees are nice and work hard, but it can be difficult at times. People ask for ice cream all the time in store and, naturally, it can take time to make five shakes and four cones. It's the customers that cause most of the issue with waiting in line. If you can't wait for ice cream, go to an actual parlour.
Used to work here went in tonight they were falling behind and weren't doing their jobs there was a line around the building and a line inside and one of your employees started going off me. So you lost all my services for your store from now on

Drive up window! The ice cream is a 3 out of 10.
Price of gas isn't too bad here. Stopped in recently and saw people were walking out with ice cream and milkshakes. Bought a few of them and we all loved it. The wait isn't too bad either when they're not busy, which is an obvious thing anywhere. Staff was friendly and made sure I was helped. I don't live close but I'll definitely come again for the ice cream!
