I love most of the people there! Berdett, Dominique etc! My fav store ! Today I went in and a girl named Marissa told me she couldn’t sell me my items because I didn’t have my ID then slammed the window in my face before I could respond. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I went back with my ID and asked her name and she had so much attitude saying I could talk to her manager if I had a complaint then was rude the rest of the transaction. I go so often I never get ID’d, I didn’t recognize the female so I understand why she ID’d me but to slam the window in my face before I could say anything was so ignorant! especially since I’m a regular at that store and love most of the people there a lot and have never been treated poorly before. I love the store but that female is full of attitude which is not professional at all and I hope her attitude doesn’t bring the store down!
