I strongly do not recommend this place,every year like many of you, I filled my taxes at this place.nBut this lady ,she didn’t sent my federal taxes and she never took the time to double check,until I received a letter from irs that I have a credit for the exact amount that I have to paid.nThen I call them and told me ,that they never received my W2.nNow thanks to this lady ,I have to pay penalty when she’s responsible for this .nJust think about it,if is fair to pay $120.00 for 15 min of service.nShe should be a little bit more professional ,and make sure that she have done her job properly.nI called her and left a message, and I’m still waiting for her call.

My husband and i own a business and had had issues with other tax companies. We decided to give BC tax services a try and have been doing business with Betsy ever since. This woman is great and very efficient at what she does. She is always patient with us and our little ones. I would recommend her to anyone looking for great service that is done right every time.
