Probably the best Cajun cuisine I've had in the state of WI. Everything was first class and the flavors were so thought out and complex, even for the small things. The escargot was probably the best I've tried anywhere!

Outstanding as always! Stellar jambalaya and cranberry mule! I felt very safe eating on the patio with all of the extra Covid precautions in place. Thank you, Blue Bayou! Keep up the good work!!
