We just yesterday were informed by by e-mail that our unit would be locked and our things sold, when in fact a check for payment for a full year of rent has been issued for payment but has not been cashed and we have not been able to ascertain whether or not the check is lost in the mail or if we are just being ignored by building management and yourself. Poorest customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Multiple phone calls attempting to contact the building owner have gone unanswered, even after several attempts on multiple occasions. No response whatsoever in 4 years about the possibility of electricity in my unit.nn10/6/2020nDear Mr. Weber, Thank you for the prompt resolution to my issue with your management company. In spite of what you may or may not believe to be the facts of my situation all has been resolved and hopefully won't happen again in the future.
This facility is very clean and secure. The online payments make it really simple to pay and you can set it up so the payments are automatic or use a credit card. Management is friendly and responsive.
