Heard bad things about this office when I moved here. Told my family not to file taxes here since I had heard they make so many mistakes. A family member decided to go ahead, tried them out anyway & got screwed over! One of their tax pros filed their state incorrectly, & therefore they had to pay a lot of money that they shouldn’t of had to. They didn’t realize this until they got hit with a penalty. They went back to this office to make them fix their error, but once again, these people were completely useless! Since I’m familiar with the H&R Block brand, I called a family friend in Virginia that works in a family-owned H&R. She was able to not only fix the mistakes these people made, but got their H&R fees refunded as well. I really hope this office does better in the future. It’s clear their tax pros don’t get the necessary training that’s required. I’m not sure if this is a corporate office or franchise but I’ll definitely be steering clear of it now. Especially since they have such poor customer service!
