I joined this gym because I was just starting going back to the gym after having my daughter. They changed their daycare hours and didn’t send an email or text out to let people know. They still haven’t added any hours that actually work for moms. I work mornings and the only other option is 6pm-8pm, who wants to take their kid at dinner time and bed time? Every time I call and ask about hours they are rude and short. Very disappointed. It use to be so much better but that manager quit.

This gym is the best! The staff are so caring, the classes are AMAZING (in my opinion, they are the best part) and they have a reasonable variety of exercise equipment. They also offer nutrition classes, personal training and a tanning bed! I came to Lady Fitness from a big, corporate gym and the difference is astonishing. It's so much more comfortable being in a cozy place with only women. Also, you can get a FREE MEMBERSHIP if you volunteer in their daycare each week. It's so worth it!

I travel full time in a RV. So getting a membership to a gym isn’t the easiest thing to do. So I was so happy when they allowed me to do a two month kinda membership. Paying up front of course. A lot of fun classes and teachers. Every teacher is so nice and up beat. I went to classes I had never been to, and just had a blast. So if your a beginner or a regular, I would recommend Lady Fitness. I never once felt uncomfortable.

Lady Fitness is such a great place to workout! When I first started here they offered me 2 free training sessions. I really appreciated that because this is the first gym I have ever had a membership with, and I had no idea how to use the equipment. They also offer a wide variety of aerobic classes, and I have had so much fun trying them all out! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I really recommend this gym!

Joined this gym about 2 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I've made. The gym is clean and in order and staffed by the nicest people. They have all sorts of different equipment, machines, loose weights, medicine balls, etc. The classes alone will make you want to stay a member forever. Two of my favorites are the Pound and Dance Fitness classes. So fun! The cost varies for the different memberships so I won't go much into that but there is a package for everyone. They also offer tanning at a very low cost. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
