They are permanently closed without notice. there's no way I'm going to drive a half an hour to their other locations but I now need to drive there to cancel my membership? It's ridiculous they won't let you cancel online or over the phone. I'll never sign up with planet fitness again because of this. I'm perfectly comfortable coming in to cancel my membership but it is very inconvenient!
What a disappointment, as of November the Harrisville facility is closing it's doors. The company has recently remodeled and made a lot of improvements, what a waste. Yes, I was informed my membership could transfer to the South Ogden location however it is not convenient or close to my home. I have loved Planet Fitness especially the Harrisville location. So sad to see it leave.
The Harrisville Utah location is great. Clean. Better staff. Just a good environment. Easy to get in and out. Great place to work out.
It was nice working out here but I'm not happy with the fact that Im going to have to go in person to the location across town to cancel my membership. Why is this location closing in the first place!? There needs to be the option to cancel online like other gyms, Im never signing up for this again.
Enjoy planet fitness, lifted weights a good part of my life and I like the environment. You can work out with out some one trying to size you up or walking around like two roosters in a roosters cage. Great for the family.
