The Hut App messed up my order and gave me too much pizza. GM, Nick, helped me out and gave our organization a nice donation to help alleviate the extra pizza cost. Very Generous, thank you, Nick!!

Found a bow weavel in my pizza. Still have the big and pictures when I think of ordering. I dont know if I'll ever eat a pizza I dont make. They need to check their suppliers.

My party of 14 has been here for 3 hours. As of this writing, half of us do not have our food. When mine came, the order was wrong and I wasn’t able to eat it due to a dietary restriction. I was not the only one who’s order was wrong. Not to mention, the bite I ate before I realized it was wrong tasted like burnt plastic. A friend of mines pizza was very greasy and severely undercooked. I am sympathetic to overworked waitresses and I don’t want to be a Karen, but our waitress did not check on our table or refill our drinks until prompted. I dislike leaving bad reviews but to be here for so long with poor, slow service, and orders being incorrect when they finally arrived, I feel as though I was left with no choice.

The general manager here is so great! I told him it was my sisters birthday and he offered to throw in an order of cinnabons. Great customer service

I had delivery and I order a pepperoni lovers pizza, sandwich, fries and bone out honey BBQ wings. When my order came I opened up the wings and they were garlic parmesan and not honey BBQ. I called back to complain and they told me they would refund my money for the wings but never offered to make us new ones. I have ordered from them before and I got a hair in my pizza, needless to say I don't think I will be ordering food from them any longer.
