Snooty, rude, obnoxious response from the tech pharmacist, and absolutely disrespectful unkind, cussing, rude pharmacist. Disgusting to use the excuse they have dealt with the covid as a good excuse to be disgusting to the customer!
This is a clean, and nice walgreens. The prices are a bit more expensive than other walgreens. The staff is friendly and the pharmacy area is very clean. The pharmacy staff seems to be on top of things.
I have worked with people a long time and I don't think the people behind the counter should make customers wait while they finish a conversation. My crew knows better.
Long line of customers on xmas day with 1 cashier. An employee who was not working at the time came in and stopped cashier from working to give him a pack of cigarettes which he then paid for in photo department. VERY rude!! He should have went to end of line and waited like the rest of us!!. 1 customer left without purchase because he/she was very angry!!
Went in to get a couple items and I'm on crutches. I believe the wonderful lady that helped me was Lynnette. I was having troubles carrying the items and using the crutches. Lynnette carried them to the checkout for me. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help me. I hope they know what a wonderful employee they have. Thank you!
