Stetzer Accounting

My experience as a first time customer, let’s just say it wasn’t the greatest. The amount of time that I drove back and forth I shouldn’t of paid for my taxes or that I should be accountable for mileages. The reception hasn’t got a clue about any of your questions. The process itself was good and the owner was knowledgeable considering I don’t have a regular w-2. I wish they would of been upfront with prices I end up paying 400 dollar for both me and my husband taxes had I known that they were gonna charge me 50 for a question because they ran some numbers I won’t of ask. The Communication isn’t t there and the knowledge of the reception doesn’t meet the title as a accounting team. Their process of how you going to get your taxes Back was a hassle too. They don’t file your taxes the day you go in neither. Although the owner did my taxes someone else has to run the numbers and made sure it looks good but I’m confused as why when you own the business shouldn’t you know? Wouldn’t it be the other way around the middle man does it and the higher upper checks it? Also I got two different ways of how to get my taxes back one through the mail in which they charge you 10 dollars for your postage mail fee and if you’re late they charge 1% for your signature. Or you can come in when they call you in which should of been a couple of days but it was over a week for us. Overall a very exhausting and overwhelming Plus a very expensive experience. Stetzer you got my money this year but never again!

Good people. Long term customer for our personal tax work and always very happy. When we opened our business we gladly worked with Stetzer. Then we got some bad advice (our decision, they just advised) that cost us several thousand dollars. Business work was terribly confusing as we had three different contacts depending upon their specialty. We had no idea what we were doing and needed hand holding. Didn't get close. Just lots of forms, numbers and sticky notes. We owe the IRS a lit of money now. Our fault, but got No help from our accounting firm.

Very slow

Stetzer Accounting has been doing our taxes for over twenty years. First with our farm an now individual taxes. They have done our daughters taxes when they first started to work. They are accurate, efficient, and fast. Their fees are reasonable, and they know all the new rules and regulations. We have worked with Greg O. and is his very patient and punctual even when we seem to not have everything all together. We drive over an hour to have our taxes done because I truly trust them, and would not go to any other place. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tax or accounting service to go to Stetzer Accounting.
