This is for live loading only takes 4-6h... they have restroom in the shipping office you can stay for 10h restart bobtail only at the back of the office building. LIVE LOAD by appointment only don't go early.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASLEY FURNITURE AGAIN!!! I purchased a chair, ottoman, and couch online with Ashley Furniture on April 25th, when I placed my order they told me my expected delivery date would be May 13th. From that point on this has been a complete nightmare. They have delayed/rescheduled my delivery date over 5 times now. They tried to deliver my chair without the couch and I told them no, that I wanted them to both be delivered at the same time. I then got a confirmation that BOTH the couch and chair would be getting delivered June 9th. When the delivery man arrived he only arrived with the chair, and he was the one to tell em that my couch was going to be further delayed. No one had contacted me! So I’m now expecting my couch in the next few weeks and again they continue to keep delaying my delivery date. I then got a confirmation on Friday July 3rd that my order was finally ready and it would be getting delivered Monday July 13th. Only to now have gotten a notice saying that it won’t be delivered until AFTER July 23rd. I have finally had enough, I told them to cancel my order for the couch and that I wanted them to come pick up the chair and ottoman and that I wanted a refund because I am going to go purchase furniture elsewhere. The lady was very rude on the phone and told me they couldn’t return the item because I have had it my home for almost a month now, even though I told them previously to NOT deliver it without the couch. I have tried to get a hold of them again to talk to someone higher up and every time I have tried calling I am put on hold for 20 minutes and then I am hung up on. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life, and I am now charged $800 for furniture even though I never received my entire order. I want them to take the rest of their furniture back and I would like a refund.
