It’s Saturday and we have plans for Tepanyaki, but due to unfortunate circumstances we didn’t make it. So next best thing we order a pizza with a Pepsi. Side note I’ve cut back on pop so I allow myself 1 per week. The pizza comes and the delivery guy says I forgot your Pepsi, I’ll be back. An hour and 15 minutes pass and no Pepsi. I think to myself I could’ve been enjoying Tepanyaki with a coke but instead I got pizza without a Pepsi. I call down to the store and they apologize and say we’ll send him up immediately with your Pepsi. Well 10:30 pm and no Pepsi. Normally I’d be upset but I realize it’s only $2 and it’s just a Pepsi. Everyone is stressed and trying there best so I’ll be grateful the pizza was really good and the delivery was fast. Thanks Pizza Hut, it wasn’t steak but it was good.
Getting the order correct would be a great place to start. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this location and had things not be right. No crust flavor after it was requested on all pizzas. No dipping sauce for breadsticks. Forgotten drinks on my previous order.
I was told that the driver tried calling me to help him find my address, I had no missed calls and I wasn’t even given the opportunity to to go pick it up in store... That was the first and last time I Oder from That Pizza Hit location. I would give them zero stars but it’s not an option.
I ordered carryout online with some coupons. They wanted full price when I got there and said a physical coupon was needed (They dont exist physically). Avoid this pizza hut.
The last 5 or 6 times I've tried to order pizza and wings it never is stocked, I've never found a worse Pizza hut in my whole life.
