We ordered a pizza from here earlier this evening and I just have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with the delivery driver, I believe her name was Alyssa, who was so kind and prompt! Well done Alyssa and well done dominoes!

I love domino’s pizza! It is quality pizza in a short amount of time. It is the perfect place to go. The Dominos in Harrisville seems to have the best pizza out of others I’ve tried. Great place, but when getting take out, plan to be there an extra half hour. I got there to pick up my pizza (I got carry out) and the person, turns out to be the manager, told me to hold on just a second. I did so, but after ten minutes I began to get impatient. She began making an entire pizza while I stood there and waited. When she got around to ringing me up she was unable to count change on her own. She had to count her change several times, and it was 47 cents. When she handed me back my change ($2.47) she was still unsure about the change amount. She said, “I hope that’s 47 cents. Is it?” I said “yes,” and waited for her to finish up. The process took 20 minutes in all. Ten minutes waiting and ten trying to figure out change... FROM THE MANAGER. Her name is Amallie (pronounced Emily), and I was so unsatisfied.

Trash!!! We ordered 2 medium pizzas and a brownie the app told us it would be ready for pick up at 6:14 at 6:20 I go in where the screen on displaying the orders said my pizzas were done. Turns out they weren't the guy said to come back in 5 minutes I come back in 5 minutes asking for my order again and again they told me to come back in 5 minutes it is now 6:33 and I still don't have any pizza. 6:48 34 minutes after it said it was done they discovered that one of the pizzas wasn't made and told me it would be another 15 minutes for it to get made the manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer any sort of compensation for the mess up. I demanded my money back and left

Pizza was good but it took almost three hours to get here. It would have been nice if they would have called to let me know it was going to take an extra two hours, I could have taken a nap since I have to work early... I tried calling to get an update on my order's status, but nobody answered. I understand you're busy but there's no reason for not answering the phone when I was on hold for 30 minutes during business hours. You've lost a customer, I won't order from here anymore, I'd rather go and buy a pizza from the grocery store.

Absolutely incredible at their customer service! There was a small mix-up on my order and Mala and her team instantly willing to do whatever they could to help! I got the order resolved. They definitely have a new regular customer! Thank you guys for your amazing work, I greatly appreciate your help!! Shout out to Mala!!
