Flowers were beautiful service is beyond unsatisfactory....2nd Valentine's Day ( year ) in a row that my fiancee ordered a dozen roses to be delivered in the morning; giving specific instructions on where to deliver to ensure that I would get them and enjoy my day looking at them. 2nd year in a row- they were not delivered to me not anywhere near me;I did not get to enjoy them again AND I had to track them down myself. Shame me once..... Shame you twice. Never will we order from there again.nnHe has ordered flowers for other reasons and they got delivered to me in a timely manner.
