I have been eating from here for many years and now September 18 2020 I placed an order and I to repeat my order come to pick up my order it was wrong immediately call and let them know they redid my correct order and once I had to drive to pick up my pizza and take home to finally enjoy it was burnt ud83eudd75 and was not made like it normally would be made when I would buy my pizza......please hire some people who know how to make your pizza because I know and love your pizzas these people who you hire make too many mistakes and making the business look bad
Honestly, the ladies who typically work in the mornings (when I order) are so rude. Teach them how to smile at least. Customer service is horrendous, especially compared to the staff that works in the evenings who is friendly and efficient.
Quality pizza at low cost and their online ordering finally works again
This place is a classic, the best pizza I've ever tasted in Sheboygan. I remember the times when I was younger sleeping over at my grandma's house with either my brother and/or cousins and we usually have Theo's pizza for dinner. Even today there are times where we enjoy their pizza. If I had to choose one pizza place, Theo's Pizza is just for you and me.
My boyfriend and I eat Theo's all the time. It's really really good. I have no doubt that it is the best deal for pizza I have ever seen. It's perfect for any night in, night out or party night. Every time we have gotten pizza from Theo's, it was ready super quickly. I always look forward to it when we decided to get Theo's. Always tasty and enjoyable.
