They provide excellent and attentive customer service and the units are in pristine condition. The location is great and private yet well protected. They are easy to get a hold of and try to accommodate you to the best of their abilities. I’ve rented from multiple storage units in several counties in Wisconsin and this one is by FAR the best one I’ve ever serviced at. I highly recommend them! Even if they don’t have availability right away, I recommend constantly checking as it is well worth it!

I have nothing but good things to say about them. They had a unit available when I asked about it, the unit was in great condition when we moved our stuff in. We didn’t have any problems with anything while we had the unit, and it was short notice when we moved out. We called and said we were moving out that day, and we were pro rated for the rest of the month and got our security deposit back.
Reason for 2 stars is there were no available units for what i needed and it took 2 days just to get ahold of someone. I am.sure it is a nice storage unit since its all filled but it didn't help me any.
