We had a great experience! Service was quick. We also weren’t there at a busy time, but we ordered the Tavern Burger, tavern fries, and the She Crab soup was awesome! We were happy with the food, great view of the lake. Only comment would be that our server wasn’t really helpful in making recommendations off the menu, but we were happy with our choices.

There’s a certain quality expected from kohler that stands true and this place definitely doesn’t meet it.nnWe got the impossible burger, margherita pizza, fries and Mac and cheese.nnThe impossible burger feels like a gimmick that they just included to stay relevant. Barely any toppings and felt like I was getting it from a $5 burger stand, they way it was presented.nnThe pizza was the best thing we had, but still 2/5 stars at best.nnFrench fries were mushy and over seasoned to the point it was assaulting. Definitely would not recommend these.nnMac and cheese was a joke. Heavy cream with some cheddar shredded over the top, plus the amount you get is abysmal.nnOn top of all of that it was pretty much entirely cold.nnMaybe I just had a bad experience my first time, but the other reviews seem to reflect the same. Go to one of many Sheboygan bars for food and get the same quality for 1/2 the price.

This place is pretty bad, especially when it is part of The American Club collection of restaurants. It doesn't seem like the chef knows what he/she is doing. The ricotta gnocchi were by far the worst gnocchi I've ever had, they were flavorless and had the texture of cream of wheat. The risotto beneath the lamb osso bucco was not cooked properly at all. I am not a chef but have watched enough cooking shows to know the proper texture of risotto. This risotto was grossly undercooked and was like eating corn off the cobb. My wife initially thought it was kernels or corn. I'm floored that a professional chef would put risotto on a plate with that texture and look at it and think it is ok to serve. The rest of the food was decent but not memorable. The restaurant reeks of wood fired smokiness which is not overly pleasant. The cocktail and draft beer is good. Overall, very disappointing for a meal at a 5 diamond resort.

We took the opportunity to order over $200 worth of food. Jalapeños we could have easily made, sides are extremely small for the amount they charge, flavor was absolutely muted in every entree. In total we ordered 3 entrees, 4 sides, 3 appetizers and it was a joke. If you are trying to have a nice meal, order from the local fancy Italian place, it will be better. This place is riding on the kohler name.

Yikes. They call this food. We ordered shrimp pizza, fries, the Korean cauliflower, smelt, beyond burger, and others. The cauliflower and fries were decent (best as I can give). The pizza had no flavor. The smelt reeked of really old fish (we were concerned about finishing it). Better to go to Burger King for an imitation burger. There's a lot of great places to eat in Sheboygan. Stay away from this place. It's the worst in the area.
