DO NOT COUNT ON YOUR RENTAL RESERVATION, MAKE BACKUP PLANS. Called on a Saturday to reserve a pontoon for Monday, seemed like things went smooth and that my needs were communicated well over the line. Arrived to pick up on Monday and the folks behind the desk acted as if there was NO WAY I could've made such a reservation, essentially accusing me of making it up without offering any apology (despite my showing them my call history with their number). No advice for how to go about enjoying the afternoon that that we had planned for the pontoon. Brutal customer support, no confirmation or guarantee of hold, try to find another boat rental company if you can.
Tom was very friendly as usual. He was very helpful to me and my boys. We called the same day and without any notice he hooked us up with a nice speed boat. We will be back again.

Disappointed. I reserved a pontoon one week prior for a family outing. I was visiting from PA for Father’s Day week. When I arrived, the boat needed repair. Fisher didn’t seem empathetic but called Tom for me. Tom apologized and stated he would call me when he fixed it; to give him a few hours. Unfortunately, he never called.
These people are very unprofessional, When it comes to telling you about their rentals. Very rude and inconsiderate if You don't know How to operate a business Then maybe you shouldn't be in business....
