Aaron, the owner was incredible! He is so polite and accommodating! He not only made sure we got the storage unit we needed in time, but gave us helpful moving tips and even prorated our payment. Every phone call he answered right away, even during his busy schedule, called back when promised...just overall the greatest customer service I have experienced! The payments are very easy to do and the most affordable. Plus, they were the ONLY one in the area that did Month to month and we werent forced to do 3, 6 or 12 month rentals! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Aaron was amazing to speak with! We called around and these storage units were the best price with the best customer service! He even brought pallets to my unit so my furniture didn’t get ruined with the thawing of the ground. EXCELLENT customer service!!!!
Stopped in to buy something out of one of the units. The unit I was at had a garage door on either side of the building so you could drive through it and was huge! Wish I would of known about this place before I got my storage unit when we moved! We could of just driven through it with our trailer and left it loaded in the unit instead of unpacking everything and storing the trailer someplace else.
