I love their food. This one didn't screw up our order so that's cool. Waited a little while but it was well worth it. I always get the Monster burger and the large curls. Love their curly fries!!!

I'd love to give 5 stars. But it's hit & miss going there. Some employees are incredible. Some would go broke being a PR man at a graveyard! Not worth a nickel for service. Everyone I've talked with knows which ones are great. Sadly, we all have dealt with the other ones as well.

Willing to make me a sandwich not necessarily on the menu. (Hot ham and cheese on sourdough bread) didn't even question it. Prompt service.

Fries were soggy and has crumbs on. The roast beef were soggy. Onion rimgs were burnt. Made us realize why there was noone else there.

Very over priced on the new prime rib sandwich 9.78 wasn't 1/4 # of meat
