We were hungry for pizza and were driving through Shawano back to Green Bay when we saw Luigis. I ordered the breadsticks and an Alfredo chicken garlic pizza with original crust. Everything was excellent and portion sizes were good too. Shawano is known for sun drop which they had so that was fun too. The icing on the cake was our waiter who was courteous and helpful when we had menu questions. We will 100% be back again! Don’t miss out! Great pizza!
This was really good. We had 12 in our party and they were about to seat is right away even though the place was packed. The pizza was phenomenal as most of the Luigi's are. Their sauce is really good. The fries and hamburger that my kid had was really good too. If you're in Shawno and are looking for a good family restaurant I'd highly recommend coming here.

Authentic Italian food. Great menu and homemade sauces. Desserts looked fantastic, but couldn’t eat another bite. Prices fair. Good family atmosphere.
I usually really like this place. However, tonight it took fifteen minutes to get through because the phone lines were busy. Likely, since many people like the place. I ordered my food and was told it would be delivered within the hour. An hour and fifteen minutes had passed without even a courtesy call. I finally called the restaurant to let them know I hadn't received my food and no longer wanted my order. A few minutes later my doorbell is ringing and the restaurant is calling as well as the driver. I felt harassed to pay for this food that was very late without any apology until I refused the order again. Then I received a phone call to tell the driver to bring the order back and sorry for any inconvenience. I would've thought they would've tried to make up for their mistake, but that was it. Very disappointing.
