I would definitely give you guys a 5. Very easy to work with and had no problems getting my loan processed through my bank. Clint even went the extra mile to deliver my truck for me which gave me such peace of mind after driving all over half the state pretty much looking at trucks. I was very picky and took my time inspecting every truck I looked at and the guys at Kapp knew what they were doing when they inspected and prepped the truck to be sold. I could definitely sense that someone there actually cares about giving the customer a clean, reliable vehicle. I definitely will recommend you guys to anyone I hear is in the market for a vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Jeep from them in September. It was a great experience! The man I spoke to was really nice and actually listened to what I was looking for in a car and what my budget was, unlike the two other dealerships I checked out before coming here. They even replaced the battery for free, since it had run down while in the lot. Since then, the car has been great - I've taken it on a couple road trips and it's handled beautifully. I've only had one issue: today I took my car in to a local garage to have it inspected before winter, and they found that one of the tires had a temporary patch in it - apparently one NOT meant to be long-term - and the tire was cracked and bulging. If I had taken it on another one of my road trips, there's a high likelihood that it would have burst on the freeway, according to the mechanic. So while again this was a great experience and I love this car, I feel that that's something that should have been divulged or at least discussed while I was in the process of buying - now I've got to get new tires, which I hadn't planned on paying for so soon after getting my car.

There is no quality control. I purchased a vehicle that the salesman didn't know the radio wasn't working. Not that big of a deal. They said the tires were OK for a while, after I bought the truck I took it to Discount Tire and they told me they were toast. The truck was overheating so I took it to my mechanic that told me the front end grill was all put together with drywall screws. He also said it had been wrecked and suggested getting rid of it. I was up under there a couple of days ago and there were a couple of things welded that shouldn't have been. I'll post a couple of the photos when I get a few minutes. The warranty was pretty much useless, thank goodness they let me cancel it. Needless to say I'm getting rid of the truck at my mechanics recommendation but will lose $5-6000 by the time I sell it. If you buy from these guys have a mechanic check it out first because Kapp Auto Sales told me they don't. They only do a safety inspection.

I worked with PJ Kapp to purchase a 2017 Ford F150 truck. He was awesome in his knowledge and willingness to answer numerous questions, with much patience. Their pricing was very fair, and the experience all around (especially through financing) was very pleasant. Gave me a fair deal on my trade-in too. To boot, they offer anything you need in running the vehicle around for service, or add-ons. Top of the line extra mile service. Highly recommend their outfit and process, and they are always working to get clean vehicles in for sale.
