Ray Citte RV

I wanted to take a moment and share with you the wonderful experience my husband and I had with Brent today. We are looking for a new 5th wheel trailer and Brent was extremely knowledgeable about the lines Ray Citte carry. He was helpful in showing and explaining various models and options. We both appreciated his frank, no nonsense, no pressure approach. He truly made our experience really fun and gave us the information we need to make the best buying option for us. So, thank you, Brent, we can't recommend you highly enough and will send our friends your way! .

We wanted to buy a trailer and were very motivated. Due to the circumstances (COVID) we were not hopeful to find what we wanted. However Ray Citte had the trailer we wanted in stock, but pending sale. We went in to the dealership and were able to look without any hassle or pressure and were told the one we wanted was pending sale, but the buyer wanted to back out, so they wrote down what he was being charged for the trailer 17,300 and then told us that’s what we would pay when he backed out. A few days later they call us with the news that we could buy the trailer and we needed to do a down payment. We put down a payment 2,500 then were told the price after was 17,300. We told them that was the original price we were quoted before the down payment and they took our down payment and would not honor the price they quoted us. They explained that the original buyer did a down payment as well and they “forgot” that when they quoted us. We backed out and got our down payment refunded when all the sudden the price was raised by 2,500. Interestingly enough the trailer was then marked sold the next time I looked at it. 2 scenarios: one they made a huge mistake and weren’t willing to work with us to make it right or two they found someone who would pay more and sneakily tried to tack on 2,500 to our price. I read some satisfied reviews here and that’s good, but be very careful when dealing with Ray Citte. I gave them 2 stars though because we never did feel pushed into anything while shopping and were able to move freely throughout their yard without a salesperson hounding is the whole way.

Buying experience was simple and easy. The repairs being completed on our brand new RV not so much. They don’t communicate with you or follow up on simple repairs. We have currently been waiting for over 7 months for them to get our trailer parts and repaired. Not recommend.

I was looking for a very specific trailer model and I was able to call and speak to Brent. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions since I wasn’t able to be there myself. He was able to help me make an offer on a trailer remotely and Clint was able to work out a good deal for us. Then Ray Citte was able to graciously work with our schedule for pickup since we were coming from out of state. Then afterwards when we had a small issue, Brent was awesome to get us what was needed. All in all, it was a great buying experience and you will be in good hands with Ray Citte RV!

This was my first experience with Ray Citte RV. I brought my 23 ft bumper pull Forest River Trailer in to be winterized. The technician was very cordial and actually explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He kept working while he was explaining. The best experience I have had with any technician, including auto, ATV, and appliances.
