Jordan Halley was very helpful. I inquired in advance about a van and they made sure it was ready for me to check out and drive as soon as I got to the dealership. Jordan took the time to show me various features and answer all my questions. He wasn't pushy at all and the price and fees were very transparent. I ended up buying the used Odyssey and have not regretted the purchase at all. I would recommend Jordan to anyone else looking to buy a Honda.

go see Braydon! He was awesome, we buy 99% online, house jewelry, cars (even out of state site unseen)... (yes large goods that most people don't typically buy without seeing/touching/'feel good etc.) I gave three criterias and Braydon came through. I hate going to dealership when I am looking for something specific and just tell me to come on down, when the vehicle isn't even there! or lack what I just requested! Its frustrating! Braydon took care of us. The only thing that would make it 5 stars experience while purchasing a used car vehicle items were removed when we saw it originally in the car without any other concession... not Good Ken Garff, should make us whole. other than that I recommend Braydon! people make the company worth while, if it was not for Braydon, I don't think I would have been out to see them. Having a good sales person is what makes buying pleasant otherwise I feel like I"m getting a bait and switch.

I'm not one to write reviews, but feel I must today. This week I went to Ken Garff Riverdale for service on my Honda. Frank helped me, and he exemplifies an excellent customer service representative in all ways. The day before we had another car under warranty through a different dealership having work done elsewhere. The experience was not good. The difference makes one appreciate good people and a good dealership. I have always been well treated by Ken Garff Honda, but this experience made me appreciate it a little more. Thank you to Frank and all of the staff at the Ken Garff Honda Service Department for taking care of your customers.

It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They actually seemed to have my best interest at heart. Thanks Chad, Brayden, and the funny guy! (Forgot his name)
