Zack in service was thorough and informative. He took the time to listen to my concerns and detail the items on the service writer. He gave great customer service and provided informative feedback as information. No hard sale. A car wash was provided at the end of service, but my car was not clean. If you’re going to do the job, do it correctly. It did concern me that no one in the office was wearing a mask, and there is no way that they were staying 6 feet away from us as they walked in and out the door. This was the mechanics coming in from the shop, and the service writers themselves. Pen and keys were handled by several people, no gloves and no wipes were used as they passed them between associates and consumers. The dealership has posted on every door and every wall how they’re taking precautions to keep their customers safe, following all guidelines. A sign on the wall does not keep people safe, actions do. The shuttle provided to take me home and return to the dealership was prompt and efficient. This survey takes more than 30 seconds, as indicated on the invite that was sent to me.

Not the first vehicle I have purchased from Ken Garff Riverdale and I don’t suspect it’ll be the last. This is the second time I’ve made a 3-hour drive to Riverdale to get a good deal on a great family vehicle. The process was seamless and the salesman treated me kindly and with respect. There are a lot of good car dealers out there. Ken Garff is superb.

We enjoyed our experience working with Ken Garff Buick. We had about a 2.5 hour drive to get there and arrived at about 6:15 pm. They had the car out front waiting for us to test drive, which was nice and our salesman was very friendly. The car is exactly as described. We love it. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 because, for a cash deal, it seemed to take a very long time to wrap things up. I might have expected to be there longer had I needed financing, but that vwas not the case. We didn't finish things up until 9:45. But... as I said, we love our car!

Very friendly service. I like the way that they used text with attached video inspection, and all notifications coming to my phone. I was under-impressed with the fact that it took all day this time, but that was atypical. They also forgot to wash my truck, and that’s one of the perks that I love. Hopefully, next time things are different.

Grant in the service dept is always great to work with. He goes out of his way to keep me in the loop of all issues and the progress of my vehicle's service. He always seems to be in a great mood, can't say that for the others he works with in his office. Maybe they only smile show interest in you if they are specifically assisting you. At this point, I hope Grant is there for some time to come. Caring about the customer and what is happening with one of their most valuable assets has got to be something every service consultant needs to have empathy for. Grant does and always has. Thank you to the great mechanics on your team as well. Without them the end result doesn't matter. What interaction I have had with them also makes for a satisfying experience. Thank you.
