Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale

This place did a fantastic job, customer service was outstanding! Wade was very professional and helpful in explaining everything to me. I particularly like the use of the cameras and text video updates that they give you during your vehicle service, it’s very reassuring to see them actually do the work, instead of hiding behind some wall where you can’t see what’s going on. The prices are pretty decent, and this was my first time coming to this location. I only came for an oil change, but after today’s awesome experience, I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for all my service needs.

The did what they said... no pressure!

My first experience with Nissan Riverdale was very positive. I went in for a recall notice. They also performed an inspection video and shared it with me (I’ve never seen this done before). A second issue was found and repaired under warranty. All work was completed on time. A very positive experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful and I would have given five stars except they forgot two important things after my oil change. First the “check tire pressure” message was still flashing across my dash which means they didn’t check it during the oil change and inspection like I had asked them to (which took an hour and a half) and secondly they forgot to put the little sticker in the window of my car so I have to try and remember when five thousand more miles will be for my next oil change. Over all they do a great job, I think it was just a busy Friday morning for everyone.

The staff in the service department are awesome! Bill Basham took great care of us and our vehicle. He fit us in quickly and was very professional throughout the whole process. We were super impressed with the video diagnosis that they send so you can see exactly what the issues are and what they recommend. We will only take my vehicles to Ken Garff Riverdale from now on and will be asking for Bill every time!
