If you could give less stars I would... To say they don't care about customer service would be a complete and major understatement! I don't think they've ever heard of it!! I've been in here multiple times, because I don't think you can just judge it on one experience, we've even bought a machine from them. Which I'll never do again. They won't support you with issues unless you pay and everything is a rip off... Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable dealer even if it's an hour away. I promise it will be worth it...

Nice little shop. Competitive prices. The only person there at the time was the mechanic Jered and he’s really a nice guy. Fairly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the small bikes. Really nice guy.

The one star is actually me giving myself a rating. I should have known better than to inconvenience XTM by simply walking in to their store. Based on how I was treated, I'm pretty sure now that their store it's actually 'by invite only'. I'm sure this is all my fault though so if I'm ever lucky enough to go back, I'll be sure to not speak unless spoken to, have cash in hand, and thank them for my purchase.

Not many staff, long wait times. Josh, I think was his name, came up front and was VERY helpful. So big thank you to him!! Lady was VERY unhelpful and snobby. Went to ask questions, she curtly answered, but we had another question when someone else walked in and without telling the people who just walked "I'll be right with you" and helping us, she just took off to help the other people without another word to us, and she never came back to us to see why we were still there. Very unprofessional. Thank you Josh for your help and kindness at least!

All I can say is wow!!! By far the worst customer service experience ever! I've had my 4 wheeler for about a month now and it's been in the shop every single week. And I've been charged a labor fee twice for the same issue that was never fixed And now they've had my 4 wheeler for two weeks now. And all they say is we'll get to it when we can. I'd rate them negative zero if it was possible. And the front counter lady horrible attitude.
