I have been servicing my vehicle at the Roy location since I purchased it in 2010. I called to check the mileage on my last servicing and they have no record since 2018 (when it changed hands) I had it serviced in April and needed the mileage since they didn't put a sticker on it. I have taken my car there for the last time. I also found Big O is much cheaper. I'm very disappointed that they have ruined a good business.

I've been here to emissions my vehicles around 6 times. I've been turned away twice in the morning because they didn't have a tech present and then was turned away at night because the tech said it was too late. No where on their site does it state arrive 30 to 45 minutes before close to get your emissions test. Plus the some staff is very unprofessional. I suppose I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I was passing through UT and needed an oil change. These guys have great customer service and do high quality work. If I lived here, I would definitely make this my go-to shop.
