Came in close to closing time they helped me with my tire and stayed after closing to fix it .
I've been going here for all of my tire needs and wheels for 15 years. The products are wonderful, but why I keep going back is the incredible service I get every single time I go there. They meet me before I walk through the door and ask me what I need and quickly get me in and out with service performed exactly as I need it. The most impressive thing is that the few times that they have run into trouble and had to do a little extra above and beyond what they expected there was never a complaint or a extra charge, in fact there was an apology that it took longer. In fact, with one of my vehicles they spent an hour-and-a-half performing an alignment and couldn't get it done because there was something wrong with the car. They came back, apologized, explained the problem, offered a solution, but sent me to another place because it could be done much cheaper there, and didn't charge me for the alignment. I've gone to many tire and auto places and NEVER had as good an experience as I have here. This is my go-to place for everything they do.
The service was great. I made an online appointment and they were ready once I arrived. The technician was able to do my alignment. Upon checkout he gave me some advice abouty loose sway bar links.
Chris and Hector are saints. I was in a big hurry and dreaded waiting in the lobby with two little kiddos to get new tires. They were so accommodating. They got me in and out so fast that I didn’t even need to leave my car. Thank you!
Made an appointment for a tire repair and rotation. In and out in under 20 minutes and they didn't even charge me for the service. Customer service was great. Will he back for service again soon!
