I won’t be bringing my business to them anymore. Sad to see when only two weeks into having a new paint job it flakes off to bare metal. The process in the way they handle their scheduling needs to change. If you say you’re going to have it done on a certain day then it needs to be done on that day I can understand one day after you said it’s going to be done but not almost a week.
Worst company to go to! Not only do they lack in their communication skills, but also very unprofessional. The customer service is awful and they overcharge on everything. You are better off trying to do it for yourselves if you actually want anything done.
Very happy with the treatment I received from Elite customs. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will be going to them next time I need help repairing my truck.
