All work was done perfect. I was called with a problem with my install, and as we discussed it, I felt that they cared about my issue, and we worked it out together. Staff was very polite and responsive. I will use them for my next services.
Charlie's is one of the few auto shops I trust. From the front desk to the back of the garage they are friendly and willing to help. They have always been knowledgeable and only charge you what you have asked for. They are a down to earth shop and treat you like more than another customer, they're more like a friend that you pay to fix your car. I would definitely recommend this place based on my experiences and would point any of my friends or family their direction as well.
They are conveniently located and easy to get in and out of their parking lot. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner and a responsible price. Plus they had a 25.00 off coupon for new customers!
This family owned business is warm and welcoming even with Covid-19 concerns. They care about their employees and their customers alike. Highly recommend them for your regular automotive or your RV needs.
