Arthur's Supper Club

We went to Arthur's Saturday night for all you can eat prime rib. After we were seated and while waiting for our other group we ordered a drink which came shortly after ordering. After our other group joined us the ordered a drink. One of the drinks came out and we waited 30 minutes before the waitress came back to take our order we reminded her we were still missing a drink. We ordered our prime rib with loaded baked potatoes and our other party ordered prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and shrimp and scallops with baked potato. Our salads came out 20 minutes after placing our order. The food came out over an hour later. It was obvious it had sat under the heat lamps for a long time. The garlic mashed potatoes were so dry you couldn't eat them. The shrimp was so rubbery you couldn't eat them. The prime rib was good and our loaded baked potatoes were dry but since you could add sour cream and butter you could eat them. We ordered more drinks while waiting for our food and they never arrived. The place was not crowded at 6 pm when we had reservations, so they couldn't use that as an excuse. The food I think would have been good if we had gotten it after it was cooked instead of an hour later, but the service was horrible! We even went out to the bar to get the drinks ourselves but no bartender was around. When we told the hostesses who were young gigging girls they told us there was nothing they could do. We might try this place one more time because it was $29.95 for the prime rib but if it's the same service we will never go back there.

We saw the reviews and thought we would make the drive and give it a try.. i really don't leave reviews but felt I would share our experience. We both got the seafood chowder soup and it was barely warm. It also smelled like a baby's diaper sitting in the sun. My girlfriend tried it and spit it up. Our steaks were tasty but barely warm. They came out with the steaks and said they were out of the side I ordered. Horribly slow service too. After all this we only got 10% off. We told our server about the food issues throughout the meal so it's not like we didn't say anything. The Shell gas station across the street would have tasted better.

I ate at Arthur’s and the food presentation was amazing. The taste of the food was delicious and the service was top notch. I’d totally highly recommend them to everyone. Five out of five ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f

The place is wonderful and spacious, the meals was delightful and the rates were very fair. fast, effective service and very amiable staff members. Highly recommended.
