Called and asked about a fitting on the phone. Told them I wanted to pay for it so I could order clubs using my men's association earnings. They said come on in and we will do that because it makes for a good customer base for later sells. I thought that's true, with this kind of service I would go out of my way to make future purchases from them. NOT THE SAME once in the store. They said I could use my men's association money and buy random items from my course pro-shop and then bring the items right into them for a 70% credit. Once I had a credit they would fit me and I could use the credit to order clubs from them. I again offered to pay for a fitting and they just weren't interested! Lost a customer today and I will let all my men's association members know they only help if there is a sale in it for them.

Tried getting a new driver fitted to my swing. They had no interest in helping me , telling me to go use the club and it would be easy for me to figure out how to change various settings for my swing. I figured it out just fine so guess I'll NOT need them again now or ever. And since I can buy any of their inventory online, I'm not sure what purpose they serve.

I went in yesterday looking to get my first set of clubs. I’m new to golf and wanted a good set of clubs but didn’t want to spend too much on my first set. Matt came out and was super cool to show me a few things on the sim and got me everything I needed at the price point I was looking to be at. Great shop and a great crew. Thanks Matt!!

Good selection but poor customer service. Was told my club would be at the store in two days. That quickly turned into a week. I wasn’t told the status until I called multiple times.

Best golf store in Utah! These guys always go out of their way to take good care of you and you know when you’re buying something from them that it’s not just backed by the manufacture it’s also back by Uinta Golf. I buy everything through them!
