Bought 2 items that were not at all the fit described online. One was on sale so they won't take it as a return. The other I have to pay shipping to return. Their website said their store is open but it's not. I thought I'd be able to go in and return. Instead I have to pay. I contacted them and they were unsympathetic and just let me know they sent the shipping label for the one return. Unimpressive, I'll shop elsewhere in the future.
