I've had a great experience at this store. The people have always been friendly and helpful. Brandon has always helped me in finding the things that I've needed. And the people are always friendly and courteous and kind.

When items go in sale, they are incredibly affordable. You do have to know your prices as many times, items are only minutely marked down, and waiting a bit can get you a better deal. Now, given the nature of the store and the sheer amount of merchandise they have, the store is impeccable. Clearly the employees are happy to be there and take care of the store. They have clear shields up at the registers, and hand sanitizer available. Parking is super plentiful.

Completely fed up. I have had issues with a few orders recently. The issues can't be addressed by their FAQ's, so I need an actual representative to help me. After spending hours on the phone on multiple occasions, sending multiple emails, trying the chat feature, and even sending a letter via mail, I have received NO response. I was told I would receive a response multiple times, so it is deceiving that the company would say that, and then not respond. I understand that COVID has disrupted many things, but I expect to still be able to reach the company via phone or email. It is unfair that they are not responding to my issues. I have wasted hundreds of dollars for merchandise I can't wear, but that I also can't return via mail. DO NOT SHOP HERE DURING THIS TIME.

Very fun place to shop! They have really good deals going on almost all the time! they will email you coupons. really fun atmosphere!
