Great place. Always enjoy their food. The manager was on point when we were there. Don't remember his name but he was very friendly and on his game. Usually I don't see managers working that hard, so it was refreshing to see him interacting with his guests and his employees. Would return on that alone even if the food was just o.k.nnThanks for the great experience.

We went to many restaurants while on our vacation, and we were the most impressed with HuHot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were slammed on the grill, and what I assume was the manager jumped right in to help, she was communicating with her staff and encouraging them. There were several allergy requests among other guests and the manager was on top of it and accommodating them. As someone who was in the restaurant biz, I have pretty high standards and really appreciate a well run restaurant. ud83dude4cud83cudffc

Everything about this restaurant was great except for the food. Good service, great atmosphere, cooks were busting their humps on the hibachi. The quality and variety of the meats on the ingredient bar work somewhat disappointing. Not horrible, but very unimpressive. There were an abundance of oils and sauces to choose from to finish off your bowl creation! Unfortunately, and despite my oversaturation, The finished product off the grill came off as rather bland and mediocre. Our server brought us rice from the kitchen to accompany our hibachi. The rice was pretty terrible; moist starchy clumps that would not break down with a fork. Again, I don't want to completely dog the place because there is a lot to like about the restaurant. The food wasn't terrible, just not to par with some other Mongolian BBQ places that I visited.

My girlfriend and I were hungry for asian food while visiting the Wisconsin Dells. The staff was friendly and attentive. You prepare your meat, noodles, toppings and wide selection of sauces. The friendly cooks fry up your meals right in front of you. We were lucky to go on Friday night and get a free dessert since that night is date night. We were so happy with the food and service we returned for another another meal two nights latter.
