Customer service is excellent! Management is super helpful. Food is very good especially the thin and pan crust. Highly recommend.

Excellent effort a willingness to correct any wrongs and a helpful nod to the community many times. I feel like my food is cared for and my interactions with thier staff are always pleasant not sure how anyone else feels about it but I think our dominoes in Baraboo is great.

Spent $60 on pizzas and one was unedible!! Promises a store credit, when we went to use the store credit and they acted like we were lying to them!! This will be the last time I'll do business with this lying franchise,there's plenty of businesses in Baraboo that need our money now because of the pandemic , this Domino's Pizza franchise isn't going to be one of them! I'd recommend not doing business with them at all!! Nasty food and unprofessional staff! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! We gave our information twice to your store, not wasting my time explaining myself again!

Whether I order delivery or pick up, I've always had great customer service and I've never been disappointed with any order. Nice to have the online tracker to see the progress of my order so I can judge delivery or when I need to leave to pick it up.

We order Dominos quite a bit in our home town and are typically pleased. This location, however, is another story.nnGot the message that the pizzas were done via the app and went to pick it up. Their lobby is closed so you have to go to their window.nnDid that. Paid for the order and then was told it isn’t done. Will be a “few minutes”. That was 10 minutes ago. Still waiting.nnAnother guy pulled up behind me. Same issue. Employee blamed the app on both cases. Other guy ultimately got fed up and left. Can’t blame him.nnBottom line....Dominos is good, but skip this one. Customer service is appalling.
