Really enjoyed our first dinner there out on their patio. Even in rainy weather! Highly recommend the smoked trout toast, beet & goat cheese salad, beef agnolotti, and burger. All were delicious and seasoned/spiced just right to let the ingredients shine. Appreciated the wine list with solid options less than $10/glass. Cocktail and dessert (chocolate tart) were good, but a little disappointing in the flavor department. Also, one of the four entrees was sold out by the time we ordered and a second entree was sold out by the time our entrees came (and we had 6 pm reservations for reference). Ambience, service, and food will have us coming back again.

Came here with the family for a birthday. The food was all amazing, especially the smoked trout toast. Service was fantastic too! Be careful with the drinks unless you have a designated driver. They're poured generously and they're delicious - a dangerous combo!

Highly recommend this charming little place. Our server was friendly and knew the menu well. We loved the 'trout toast' appetizer. It had so much color and flavor and would have been plenty of food for a light meal for one person. Add a small salad and you'll be golden. Burger was good, and large. We ordered medium and it came medium rare, but no big deal. The tagliatelle pasta dish with snow crab was tasty, but the sauce almost overwhelmed the more delicate crab. Almost like a rustic crab stew, but served over excellent al dente pasta. Overall a great experience on their back patio.

I heard manger restaurant had a pretty good tasty burger so we went down to Bayport to check it out. The waitress Liz was very informative and knowledgeable about the menu and explained everything to us. I had a tap beer Connor had a French press coffee to start. Then we each had two fresh lead delivered that day oysters for $2.50 a piece. Oysters came with homemade hot sauce they were delicious. We each had the manger Burger medium rare. I got to tell you the burger was perfectly cooked medium rare and was very delicious. The cook toasted the bun in the oven so the whole bun was toasted. Really good cheese and caramelized onions and homemade honey mustard was delicious. $14 for the burger. Very reasonable for the great quality it was. I would definitely recommend manger restaurant to anyone who wants good quality food. I'm going back for the pizza next time.

What a hidden gem! Excellent locally sourced food. Great menu and cocktails. Best of all was a very friendly and knowledgeable server who knew every item on the menu and presented recommendations with confidence. We will be back soon, and can't wait to try the patio in the spring.
