The ambiance is incredible. It's just a small restaurant that is super comfortable and cozy. The sushi is truly phenomenal. It is fair priced but far beyond anything else in quality and taste. It is by far the best sushi I have ever had in my life. No where else compares. Highly recommend the dragon pearl roll, a new personal favorite of mine. They also have great little touches. The cream cheese wasn't cold, the extra sauce on the plate made a beautiful tree, and they delivered our bill with a bit of pineapple to help with digestion. I will definitely be coming here again.

Fantastic food if you seek Chinese food beyond the typical express Chinese food. We have been to Dragan Pearl twice and both times were fantastic. The wings are fried, crispy, and an amazing flavor as the wings are marinated before being cooked. The Dragon Pearl Pad Thai is a savory noodle dish with shrimp, chicken, and roast pork. The Singapore Mai Fun is a flavor explosion of the unexpected as I was tasting warm spices like a gingerbread sort of taste. The rice noodles, proteins, and veggies are tossed with the spice, Madras Curry was used after researching. The house fried rice is delicious if you want something safer but you'll need a box for half of it unless you are hungry!

One of my favorite places in Hudson! They prepare the best egg foo young (tasty brown sauce), and have great pricing and portion sizes.

I've been a patron of Dragon Pearl for many years, this new owner seems to be doing well and I still like the food.nHope the business stays in Hudson a long time.
