Well we tried again. On October 6th We ordered 2 of the $6 lunch deals. they didn't give us a bag or a drink carrier, and when we asked for lids on our Sundays the woman working thought we couldn't see her and scooped out a bunch of the ice cream and threw it away then put a lid on it and wiped it with a green rag she had hanging out of her shorts. It was not a very clean or good experience.
A little slower than expected, but good food. Will be back for more.
Great cooks on Friday night! Cheese curds were crispy. The burger was well made
Our burgers didn't have any ketchup and way over on mustard. And since we went threw the drive up shouldn't they have given us napkins and condiments. Good thing I carry paper towels with to mop up the mustard. They weren't busy either so no excuse
We recently visited this Dairy Queen and when we approached the window to pay, the gentleman working the window didn't acknowledge us. So after a few minutes, one of the cooks, a middle-aged lady, came to the window to take my money with gloves on. After receiving my change, she proceeded to prepare and food without changing her gloves. Working in food myself, I find this disgusting and against food safety guidelines; but during a virus pandemic, I find it unacceptable seeing as I have three young children to protect. When you go to a restaurant, you trust that they are preparing your food in a sanitary manner. When I confronted her, asked for a refund and said I no longer wanted the food, she denied what I saw and was very rude when she handed me money back. My family and I will not be eating here again.
