For the most part it was simple to figure out how to use the different machine. Only a few I didnt get. No picture instructions on those ones. Great colors in there.
ive been a member for a month and honestly this place is garbage the equipment is failing or broken, the shower is ice cold or burning hot. the employees are always on their phones and dont know how to communicate or operate the equipment properly. save your money or try a different gym. the equipment works fine its the black card amenities that are always broken or "temporarily unavailable"

I usually go in the gym around 330 and its nice, because there's not a lot of people there. I really like the atmosphere of the place. I wish there were a little more of a variety of machines, but over all I do like working out there.
Very clean, and equipment is in great shape. Lots of machines, and a good size cardio theatre. They have a small area for dumbbell lifting, but no free bars for barbell. This is not a body builder or powerlifter gym, which fits with their image. I wish they at least had a bench, but it is what it is. They need another pectoral fly machine.
