The dehumanizing experience I received from this company/owner can only be described as unbelievable. Originally I had appt to have my furance replaced at 11am on friday morning, they did not show up until 2. He removed my old furance then decide he believed I did not have the funds to pay him and started to put the broken furance back in. I went through many options to guarentee the funds were there and had to beg them to put the furance in. My bank was on the phone telling him the check was already there which was not enough, he did not agree to install the furance until my child's father got involved and offered to put up a credit card until the check cleared. On top of this horrible treatment this man choose to speak with my child's father about my services, who does not own the home and was not paying the bill. The only good thing I can say is I now have heat. By Sunday when my furance was fully installed, I was left with a horrible mess of black soot covering my home and over $200 worth of spoiled meat due to him leaving my freezer unplugged. The price quoted was the exact price I paid for my new AC. They didn't try selling me on BS I didn't need. Had to come out the next day to adjust something, but works great.
